Almost every foreign citizen must have a visa to enter Belarus. The procedure of getting the visa is not too complicated but you’ll definitely need some time and paper work. You could get the visa in advance in one of the Belarusian embassies worldwide or apply for it in Minsk International Airport MSQ on the day of your arrival. No matter where you decided to apply for the visa you could rely on us in terms of information and the visa supporting documents.
We charge 40 EUR per person for the assistance.
Getting the visa at the embassy
Getting the visa at the embassy is the best way to go if you know about your trip 1-2 weeks in advance. You could prepare the documents and send to the embassy in your country or any other country nearby. It would take 5 business days at the embassy to send you passport back with the visa. You could also ask for an express visa (ready in 1-2 days) for a double price. In any case here is the list of what you need to present:
-
Completed visa application form. You could download it here (English).
-
One recently made photo 45*35 mm.
-
Passport. Please note that your passport should have at least 2 blank pages for the visa and should be valid for at least 3 months after the date of your departure from Belarus.
-
Visa supporting documents (please ask at the embassy). It depends on the period of your stay, the purpose of your visit and your citizenship. For example it could be a tourist voucher (tourist visa – up to 30 days), an invitation from Belarusian company (business visa), an invitation from your friend or relative issued by Citizenship and Migration Department (private visa – up to 90 days) and so on...
-
Consular fee payment. The visa fee depends on your citizenship. It’s 60 EUR on the average if you get the visa at the embassy.
- The embassy may require some extra documents or information from you.
Getting the visa at the airport in Minsk
There is only one place where you could get the visa upon arrival in Belarus – Minsk International Airport MSQ. You’ll need the same list of the documents (see above), but the visa fee is different at the airport. You’d pay 90 EUR for a 1-entry visa type C (tourist, business or private). When you get the visa at the airport the original visa supporting documents must be delivered to the consular office at the airport 5 business days prior to arrival.
