How to make a reservation?
1) Send us an email with the information about apartment(s) you’re interested in. Please do not forget about the dates of your trip and the number of guests.
2) Within a few hours we’ll inform whether the accommodation is available or advise you some other options.
3) Confirm your booking and send us your contact details, arrival time and flight information. Keep in mind that we may require one night prepayment depending on the kind of apartment and the reservation period.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. We can meet you at the airport or right in the apartment to pass you the keys. Agreement for earlier check-in or later check-out time is possible, depending on the apartment availability or next reservations.

etting the registration in Minsk (OVIR, OGIM)
Registration in Belarus is obligatory for foreigners coming to the country for over 5 working days. We assist with getting registration in Minsk. For more information read the article about registration in Minsk.

Privacy policy
During your stay in the apartment no one will come without informing you in advance. We also guarantee the privacy of all the information we’ve got from you. The name, contact details, the time of your arrival and the number of the flight will be used to arrange the reservation and won’t be given to a third party.

What about housekeeping service?

Your apartment will be totally ready for you on arrival. Generally the housemaid comes once or twice a week, depending on the kind of the apartment. But we can provide every day cleaning at your request. Please note all our housemaids are trustworthy people, so you can leave your things in the apartment with no worry while you are out.

Do you provide fresh towels and bed linen?
All the apartments are provided with fresh towels and linen. If you require more during your stay we’ll supply you with them.

What facilities are provided in the apartment?
The apartments on offer have full kitchen facilities: microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, glasses, plates, salad bowls, forks, knives, spoons and other kitchen utensils. The apartments are also provided with a hairdryer, an iron, washing machine, free Internet, Wi-Fi. Most of the flats have satellite television and air conditioning.

What is included into the rental price?
The rental amount includes the price of the apartment during your stay in it. Also it includes taxes, communal payments (water, electricity, heating), Internet, satellite television and maids' service, towels and bed linen.

Are there any extra fees?
Everything you use in the apartment is for free. You don’t need to pay extra money for the electricity, heating, water, WiFi, Internet or satellite TV. The only thing you can pay is additional cleaning.

Some words about responsibility
We provide our clients with everything they may need during their stay in Minsk. You’ve got all the responsibility for the things, gadgets and equipment of the apartment. Keep them in the condition they were ready for you. Otherwise you will have to pay extra money for the repayment.

What are the restrictions about the apartment?
Smoking is allowed on the balcony, if there is any in the apartment. Loud music is forbidden after 23.00 according to the Belarusian law, think of the people living next-door to you.

I will be in Minsk from July 1 to July 29 to take a Russian language course. I'm a French citizen and will be travelling from Paris. I would like to rent your flat on Nezavisimosti ave 23. Could you indicate me what your best offer is?
